LE Gallery is pleased to present Legend Building, Kimura’s latest body of intricate works on paper. Kimura explores the complicated process of not only establishing a career in the art world, but in daily life as well. Legend Building explores the human condition through depictions of the dichotomies we encounter, with a distinct focus on anxiety and self-actualization. Kimura charts his own journey through a committed and engaged studio practice in Toronto, and an impressive level of technical proficiency. Kimura holds a BFA from both Musashino University in Japan, and OCADU in Toronto, Canada
